21. Special arrangements for women entrepreneurs
With the aim that women are more involved in industrial business and advance in the field of industrial business to provide more employment opportunities, special arrangements will be made as follows for the economic empowerment of women in accordance with the inclusive concept:
21.1 The representation of tribal, tribal, Dalit, Madheshi, women involved in the relevant industrial business at the level of making any industry/business policy will be mandatory.
21.2 Domestic and small-scale women entrepreneurs Group loans will be arranged in various banking and cooperative organizations to provide loans in a simple and easy way. 21.3 Priority will be given to women in Venture Capital for setting up industries. 21.4 If the industry is registered only in the name of a woman, a 35 percent discount will be given on the registration fee for registering such an industry. 21.5 Special priority will be given to women entrepreneurs if they want to set up an industry in an industrial area. 21.6 To encourage women to become entrepreneurs by developing women's entrepreneurship, women entrepreneurs will be included in technology development training, meetings, seminars, study tour groups. 21.7 Sales rooms for goods produced by women entrepreneurs will also be arranged in the sales rooms to be established in various development areas. 21.8 Women entrepreneurs/businessmen will be compulsorily involved in the exhibition related to industry and business conducted by government bodies. 21.9 Arrangements will be made to provide export credit to women entrepreneurs/businessmen who export their industrial products based on the financial status of the business. 21.10 Industries registered only in the name of women will be given a 20 percent discount on the fees charged for registering industrial property patents, designs and trademarks. 21.11 A separate women's entrepreneurship development fund will be established for women's entrepreneurship development. 21.12 A separate thematic unit will be set up in the Ministry of Industries for the development of women entrepreneurs. 21.13 In order to protect the rights of women entrepreneurs, women workers and women customers, it will be mandatory for all industries and businesses to create and implement guidelines for the prevention and control of all types of violence and behavior based on sexuality in the workplace. 21.14 Gender analysis and assessment of related policies and programs, gender audit and gender budget will be implemented to ensure gender equality in the implementation of plans, programs and budgets related to industry promotion. .
